How do I see a journal article or magazine issue that is on the catalogue?

Journals can be requested on the catalogue.
To view the whole journal, select 'Request this item', which will take you to an order form where you can choose what day to view it onsite.
To request a scan of one article from the journal, select the relevant button. You will need to be a member of the library to use this service.
