I get a 403 error when I try to access e-resources

This can mean one of two things:

either it could mean that your account has expired - this is most common for University of London members. You can log into our website or web app to check your expiry date. If this is the case you can renew your account for the current academic year online here, or bring your student or staff ID to the desk to renew for longer.

Alternatively it might mean that the resource you are trying to access is not accessible remotely by your membership type - this is more common for non-UoL members. You can check access on the Classic Catalogue by typing in the journal or database title. or on the Database A-Z by clicking on 'permitted uses for this database' under the database title.
